Biomass Waste to Energy

Biomass Power Generation is the next phase for Clean Alternative Power Solutions (CAPS) in Nigeria, Africa. This can be achieved using Municipal Solid Waste from the dumpsite, which is currently under-managed by waste management authority due to various past and present unforeseen challenges. We see these wastes from dumpsites as the solution to biomass energy in Nigeria today.

There are opportunities for Nigeria’s private sector to explore and advance waste management investments leveraging climate adapting -bioethanol cooking fuel, waste to matter- organic fertilizer, and waste to energy – biomass.

The company recently signed a Concession Agreement with the Kogi State Government on environmental solutions, waste management, and waste to energy. The waste to energy facility will be a hub to drive a circular economy for the State in the waste sector.

Our waste-to-energy technology comes with renewable byproducts that will create employment opportunities for men, women, and youths across the operational bases and reduce hazardous gas emissions, water quality/contamination, energy consumption, natural habitat degradation, and bio-degradation.
